Nature's Last Stand is a 30-acre farm located between Carnation and Fall City, Washington. We raise and breed heritage hogs on pasture, primarily for sausage that's prepared and sold at local year-round and seasonal farmers markets. We also raise chickens, ducks and a small flock of sheep on pasture. In our fields and greenhouses, we grow an array of vegetables and herbs which are featured as menu ingredients.
